This website is for information only. Its content is not a binding offer: each service is provided under an engagement letter signed with the client.

The texts, logo, design and photographs on this site belong to the owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party websites reached through links.

3. Personal data protection

Data processed: the information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, such as your name, contact details and details of your project.

Purposes and legal basis:

Answering your enquiries and preparing a proposal, at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Carrying out the mission and managing the client relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Occasionally sending you information about our services, only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Retention: data from enquiries that go no further are deleted within one year at the latest. Client data are kept for the duration of the relationship, then for the periods required by law.

Recipients: we do not pass your data to third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting, email and accounting providers may access them as processors. We share information with partners in our network (lawyers, surveyors, lenders, etc.) only with your knowledge and when the mission requires it.

WhatsApp: if you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms also processes your data under its own privacy policy, which may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights: you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to olivier@harocheadvisory.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

4. Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server and are not loaded from third-party services. The hosting provider may log technical connection data (IP address, date and time) for security purposes.

5. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
